Artists, to set up an
account please fill out the form below, print it, and mail it or ship it with your
disk, photos, transparencies, or original work. All art works should be labeled with a
name or number of your choice. Photos, transparencies, and original works should
have this label attached. For multiple submissions send a list of names of each item
sent. Please remember to insure your items, and either ship or mail to

All items will be returned as you request
and you will be billed for return shipping, postage, and insurance.
Once your account is set up you will be given an
order number and a username, password, and order page location. You will have a
